Damaged or misprinted items: Untuckable.com inspects all merchandise it sells both at the time it is produced and when it is packed for shipment to you, however, should you ever receive merchandise from us that is misprinted or damaged in any way please contact us right away! Please e-mail us at Returns@untuckable.com for a Return Authorization number and then send the damaged item back to us using whatever shipper in convenient to you. Upon receiving and inspecting the damaged item we will refund you for shipping the item back to us (the refund shall be for the amount that we charge for standard shipping of the item). The next business day, after receiving and examining your merchandise, we will send out a new copy of the same product to you. We will ship the replacement by second day air at no additional cost along with a coupon good for 15% off your next order (of up to 3 items) by way of apology. In the event that your item is not available we will e-mail you immediately so that you can select another item of the same or lesser value or choose to wait until the item comes back into stock. In the event that you are asked to choose different merchandise or wait while a new copy is produced you will recieve a coupon good for 25% off your next order (of up to 3 items) AND the 15% off coupon (coupons will not be combinable).

Disliked color/size/fit or simply changed your mind: Please e-mail us at Returns@untuckable.com for a Return Authorization Number. Once you receive this number you may send the item back to us using whatever shipper is convenient for you. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in sellable condition. Upon receiving your returned item and inspecting it to make sure it meets these criteria we will refund your credit card the next business day for the original cost of the item less the cost of shipping. In the event that the item was sent to you as a gift you may ask that we either refund the purchaser's credit card or issue you with a store credit good for the original cost of the item less the cost of shipping.
