How much of your profits get donated to my charity?

You should hop over to our Charity Page for detailed info, but we donate 10% of our profits from ALL orders, no matter what.

What happens if my apparel doesn't fit? Or I don't like it?

Check out our Return Policy for detailed info, but If your apparel is still in good condition (unwashed, no stains, holes, stretching, etc.) you can mail it back to us and we'll send you a different item of equal or lesser value at no additional charge, except for shipping costs.

What happens if my apparel or print arrives with a defect?

We personally inspect all of our merchandise before it ships out, but if your order arrives with a defect you can send it back to us within five days of when you get it, we'll credit your account with a refund equal to the standard shipping costs we pay for the item, and re-ship it to you for free.

What if I have a great idea for your company that isn't design related?

We'd love to hear any ideas you have for our company and our website. Contact us at feedback@untuckable.com

Can I sign up to be an affiliate?

Sure! Send us a summary about yourself and your website, and our marketing director will get in touch with you. Contact us at affiliateprogram@untuckable.com

What if I'm an artist or I have an idea for a text-based shirt?

If you have an idea for a text-based shirt or you're an artist and you're interested in submitting work to us, then you're talking about getting paid, and you should check out our artist submission policy (coming soon!) and then email us at: artsubmissions@untuckable.com

When can I expect to see more new designs?

If you sign up for our newsletter then we'll send you an email whenever new stuff hits the site, but we plan on having some new stuff for you to check out every few weeks.

What if I want a shirt but you don't currently stock my size?

If you happen to need a size we don't feature, just contact us at othersizes@untuckable.com and we'll work something out for ya. The one caveat with this is that we can't make any promises about how fast we can get you a size we don't normally stock, but we'll make it happen one way or another for you!
